Why we're showing you this
Whenever you give us your personal details — for example, through our contact form, over the phone, or during a consultation — we want you to understand, at that moment, what will happen to the information you're about to share. That's what this Just In Time Statement is for. It sits alongside our full Privacy Policy, which has more detail.
What we'll collect
When you contact us or ask for advice, we'll typically ask for your name, contact details, and information about your circumstances and the mortgage, protection or insurance need you have — for example your income, the property involved, or your health, where relevant to a protection enquiry.
What we'll do with it
- We'll use it to respond to your enquiry and, where you ask us to, to provide regulated mortgage, protection or insurance advice.
- If you go ahead, we'll share relevant details with lenders, insurers or other providers to obtain quotes and process applications on your behalf.
- We may also share information with our network, Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd, credit reference and fraud prevention agencies, and our regulator, the Financial Conduct Authority, as needed.
- We'll keep your information only for as long as we need it to provide our service and to meet our legal and regulatory record-keeping obligations.
Your choices
You don't have to give us any information you're not comfortable sharing, though we may not be able to help with your enquiry without some basic details. You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it for a particular purpose — see our Privacy Policy for full details of your rights and how to contact us.
