Nonsuch Mortgages Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is the data controller for the personal information we collect through this website and in the course of providing mortgage, protection and insurance advice. Nonsuch Mortgages Ltd is an Appointed Representative of Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd, which is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

We may share your information with: Stonebridge Mortgage Solutions Ltd, as the network under which we operate as an Appointed Representative; lenders, insurers and other product providers you apply to through us; credit reference and fraud prevention agencies; the Financial Conduct Authority and other regulators; and IT, communication and other service providers who support our business, under appropriate confidentiality and data protection terms. We do not sell your personal data.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services and to meet our regulatory and legal record-keeping requirements, which for regulated mortgage and insurance advice can mean retaining records for a number of years after our relationship with you ends.
